The OMRT annually elects a committee to oversee the running of the Team. These positions are constitutional and any member can put their name forward. The Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader are positions that need the member to be experienced in the management of the Team in both incidents and administration roles. To support these positions, a number of experienced members act as Acting Team Leaders and Group Leaders, thus ensuring that the team performs in a professional manner.
