How to help
Torridon mountain rescue team members are all volunteers and receive no payment for their time and effort. Nevertheless, it costs over fourteen thousand pounds a year to keep the team running. The police provide seven thousand pounds of this but the balance has to come from fund raising, donations and bequests.
